Christian Miller and his series of articles, &#8220;<a href="http://www.propublica.org/series/disposable-army">Disposable Army</a>.&#8221;  The story discusses what happens to military contractors who are injured while working abroad, and the incredible difficulties they face trying to obtain <a href="http://pathlaw.com/practice-areas/workers-compensation/" title="" >workers&#8217; compensation</a> under the <a href="http://www.dol.gov/owcp/dlhwc/lsdba.htm">Defense Base Act</a>.   Definitely worth checking out.</p>
